Lanzhou LS Heat Exchange Equipment Co., Ltd. (LSHE in short) is subordinated to Lanzhou LS Group, specializing in manufacture of plate heat exchangers and service. LS Group is the largest production base of oil drilling and production machinery, oil refinery and chemical equipments in China. It is the first enterprise in China entitled the Class I, II and III pressure vessels manufacture and design permit by the former Ministry of Labor and Personnel, ASME U and U2, as well as API certification. In addition, LSHE obtains the Certificates of Type Approval for Marine Product from CCS and BV respectively, and the civil nuclear pressure equipment design & manufacture license, all was the first in China.
As the largest plate heat exchanger supplier in China, LSHE designed and produced the first plate heat exchanger of China in 1965. In 1985, the company imported the BR series of plate heat exchanger, including complete software and hardware from Schmidt-Bretten in Germany. Under market competition, the products of LSHE have won customer’s trust. Moreover, plate heat exchangers of LSHE have been the first for 14 years in terms of quality and technology in the industry spot-check by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China. During 40 years, on the basis of market demand the company has taken innovation continuously in technology and product and developed more than 30 types of gasketed plate heat exchanger, heat exchanger sets, welded plate heat exchanger and wide gap welded plate heat exchanger and so on. Especially, the BR1.6 plate heat exchanger was one of China national key scientific and technological project contracted by LSHE during the eighth Five-Year plan period; the successful development of the welded plate heat exchanger filled in a gap in the filed of plate heat exchangers in China, and the successful production of the wide gap welded plate heat exchanger broke the monopoly of foreign companies in China’s market. Now the wide gap welded plate heat exchanger has been widely applied to the production of fuel ethanol and sandy alumina in aluminum industry.
